André Schneider, born in East Westphalia, Germany, has traveled the world in his career as a chef and has gathered a wide range of culinary influences. He has lived and worked on the Mediterranean island of Mallorca, in the Caribbean and most recently for several years in Hanoi, Vietnam. During this time, he cooked for well-known artists such as Mary Sylvester and Dieter Bohlen, as well as for high-ranking politicians, including the Prime Minister of Dominica, Roosevelt Skerrit.

André has refined and developed his cooking skills in upscale and Michelin-starred kitchens. He has specialized in cooking with cannabis for several years and contributes his expertise as an author to the leading “Hemp Magazine” in Austria, Switzerland and Germany.

André’s passion for cannabis goes beyond the kitchen. In 2019, he traveled to the Vietnamese mountain region near China for a film about cannabis and in the same year was invited to the Democratic Republic of Congo as a cannabis expert by the governor of the province of Haut-Uele.

André is firmly convinced that cannabis has the potential to save the world. With his culinary creations, he wants to make a contribution to this and show the many possibilities that cannabis offers in the kitchen.
