Since 2020, Mirta Rostas has been co-founder and chairwoman of the CAPA Cannabis Patientenverein e.V.
CAPA is an association that imparts health-related knowledge in dealing with medical cannabis. Since its foundation, CAPA-Verein has developed into one of the leading knowledge portals on the subject of cannabis as medicine in German-speaking countries.
Mirta Rostas is a nursing specialist, nursing service manager, quality officer and compliance officer. Her work in the healthcare sector began in 2006. For ten years, she worked directly at the bedside as a nurse; together with patients, doctors, relatives and authorities. During this time, she has already designed, organized and held a number of training courses and presentations. These included health and medical topics.
In 2017, she gave up her job in the healthcare sector to pursue a new path. Cannabis was approved for medical purposes this year. In the same year, she started a new job as a quality manager in the cannabis wholesale trade.
