More InformationHelmut Christof alias Sundragon, born in 51, has been working as a shamanic teacher for over 37 years. He is the founder of GAIA shamanism, a cross-cultural path that focuses on the connection with the earth. He has created various initiation processes to enable people to experience natural-spiritual forces and to reconnect them with the energy field of the earth. Due to the upcoming legalization, he is now also willing to share his knowledge about the correct use of cannabis.

Important information about the workshop
The workshop is aimed at both recreational users and cannabis patients. Previous experience with the plant or with yoga/meditation is useful but not essential. It is not suitable for pregnant women and young people under 18, and people with severe mental health problems should consult their therapist. Doctors and therapists will also benefit from the workshop.
The workshop demonstrates the safe and responsible use of cannabis as an entheogen. You will learn techniques that show how you can achieve stronger effects with less cannabis and how you can use the plant to set non-specific self-healing impulses and have spiritual experiences. The topics of nutrition and food supplements in connection with cannabis are also explained and insights into ritual use are provided.
